The flanged cable tray section, pinched on itself, is manufactured so that to satisfy efficaciously the work safety task, being cut-preventing and avoiding therefore the contact of the operator hand with the final part of the sheet steel. Moreover it has high mechanical properties as to the load capacity, promoting in this way the optimization of the thicknesses and making the finished product lighter and easier to handle.
The flanged cover section, pinched on itself, is manufactured so that to have no type of sharp edge, increasing in this way the work safety during the installation phase at the maximum. The particular shaping of covers makes them self-supporting and self-locking as they are spring-coupled both on the straight and on the curved elements.
The shape of the section, with its constant perfection in each element , favours the ideal coupling among the various pieces and the formation of the base for an
optimal mechanical connection.
In the closed version the mechanical cable trays satisfy the IP40 protection degree. All the accessories of the range have a straight connection part which allows a correct coupling with any other piece, forming a plane suitable for the connection and for the possible insertion of the sleeve joint and the relative cover, whenever it is necessary to obtain the IP 44 protection degree. In this last case it is necessary to apply also a self-adhesive gasket on the critical connection points.
The external and internal bending radii of all the elements are the same, not concentric, in order to obtain greater widths on the positions of maximum bending, making in this way the laying of cables easier in the most difficult points and obtaining pleasant aesthetic results in the couplings.
Packing
Packing of cable trays and covers is made in such a way to optimise the volumes and therefore each cable tray is coupled with another one rotated by 180°. This process occurs in an automatic way by using robots positioned at the end of the production line.
The package/bundle is fastened by means of straps. On the packing unit an adhesive label is applied with company logo, article code and description, product drawing and EAN 13 bar code.
The packing of accessories and covers is made by using boxes which are put on wooden pallets and wrapped with an extensible film. Here below the metres of cable trays and covers for each package/ bundle are shown.
